£50,000 Reader-Led Writing Prize Launched
A new £50,000 literary prize has been announced in the UK, aiming to shift power in the publishing process toward readers. Backed by Libraro in partnership with Hachette UK, the prize allows readers to champion unpublished manuscripts online, helping determine the shortlist and ultimate winner.
In addition to the cash award, the winning author will receive a publishing deal, while participating readers can also earn prizes.
